The best way to gauge your project rate, send us your plans via PDF, Dropbox link, or Google Drive etc. After our team has reviewed the plan, a quotation will be sent to the client.

After the client has received their quotation, they can review it and get back to us by call or by email. For further clarity, you can also request for a sample of a completed project. After you approve our quotation and sign the PDF proposal and email us a copy back, our team will begin working on your project. All the files that we create for our client are easy to edit and can also be converted into other formats requested by the client.
Note: for the first quotation that is sent to the client, no fee is charged.

Our Project Managers and Estimators are key members of the Design Team, advising on cost issues from first discussions through completion of the estimate. We also review bids received and reconcile our estimates with the Construction Manager to ensure the accuracy of our work.
