1. Scope & Refund Policy
If any scope is unintentionally omitted by our company, refunds will not be issued for that specific project. However, we will either:

• Provide revisions until the client is reasonably satisfied, or
• Offer a new estimate of similar scope as compensation.

2. Services Offered
We provide estimating services across various trades, including but not limited to:
Civil, Site Work, Grading (cut & fill), Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, Concrete, Drywall, Finishes, Flooring, Rebar, and Millwork, depending on client requirements.

3. Pricing Disclaimer
All pricing included in our estimates is based on market research and regularly updated online resources. Clients are encouraged to review and adjust pricing according to their own suppliers or market conditions.

4. Additional Charges
The following services are not included in the base estimate and will be charged separately:

• Bid form completion
• Drawing revisions or updates
• Project-related documentation or additional information requests

5. Inclusions & Exclusions
Only the trades explicitly listed in the estimate are included. Any missing trade, item, or scope should be considered excluded unless otherwise stated.

6. Business Relationship
We aim to build long-term relationships with our clients by offering competitive and fair market rates.

7. Payment Terms

• Payments are accepted via Credit Card
• All payments must be made upfront before work begins

8. Estimation Basis
All take-offs and estimates are based on scaled PDF drawings unless otherwise specified.
