  • We use RS Means, Home ways and Get a quote for Pricing. Or we request you to put you own prices in take offs.
  • Take offs of the trades will be mentioned in the detailed sheet and any missing trade or item should be considered as exclusion.
  • We do all trades, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Mill work depending upon the client’s requirement.
  • Our Take-off is based on the scaled PDF drawings unless otherwise noted.
  • Filling out bid forms, any sort of revision and change in drawings, any kind of information forms related with projects will be charged separately.
  • For payments we accept all cards and PayPal or we will send you authorization form as per client requirements, you will just have to fill that and send back to us, after deducting the payments we’ll start working on it.
  • We encourage good and long run business and our rates are 50% less then market and our clients are very honorable to us.

Our Project Managers and Estimators are key members of the Design Team, advising on cost issues from first discussions through completion of the estimate. We also review bids received and reconcile our estimates with the Construction Manager to ensure the accuracy of our work.
